The Jack Sink Baseball Tournament is an annual tournament hosted by Myers Park High School and East Mecklenburg High School. The tournament is named after Jack Sink, the legendary head baseball coach at Myers Park who passed away last year at age 87. Team captain for the boys, Owen Cannon, posted an incredible time of 20 minutes and 16 seconds in a 3.1-mile track.
