It’s that time of year again, folks. Fall Sports! The season has begun and the CCS JV Boys Soccer Team is already reminding everyone that they are a force to be reckoned with. This year, the team has a bunch of new faces and tons of budding talent.

Practice started in August with loads of new high schoolers joining on the team. Even with ten seniors gone, the team still continues to stomp the competition into the ground. “I think this year, we have a very young team, mostly freshman,” says sophomore, Brian Segovia. “Since the program lost ten seniors last year, there were a lot of spots to fill.” So far, the boy’s soccer team is on fire this year with a score of 0-4. With last year’s record of 3-7-3, the JV boys are already off to a great start. They plan to hold strong to their impressive record until the end of October.

“We are trying to build experience to be able to overcome any challenge in the future,” affirms Segovia. “We are working hard to build a base for soccer at Charlotte Christian.” Make sure to come out and support our Knights this season! Be ready for the best season yet!
