Head Coach John Trimp has been training his leading players all throughout the summer. Players’ dedication and commitment for the team is incomparable to any other teams out there. They show up to every practice, listen to coach’s pointers, and play with high intensity. The tennis team has a great season ahead of them.

There are a total of seven players on the varsity team. Line one player, Margaret Carlton, has won all of her single matches so far. She is a diligent worker who never complains and works as hard as possible during each practice and game.

Lara Crosby, line two player showed major improvements from last year. She trained over four hours each day over the summer and worked very hard to prepare for the season.

Line three player, Riley Warpula, has a solid foundation on her tennis technique and was able to win 6-2, 6-2 in her recent match at Gaston Christian.

Line four player, Vivian Yang also showed major improvements since last season. She worked diligently with coach Trimp and was able to win her singles and doubles at the recent match.
